In the early stage of customer consultation, we first focus on the customer's needs, so that the customer will have a good impression of our professionalism and understand the customer's needs in detail. If there is no fundamental need, we will provide label application solutions for customer reference and assist customers to complete a perfect label product. If the customer has detailed and specific label needs and requirements, we will make a quotation plan according to the customer's label needs and requirements.

1. The customer provides label specifications and dimensions or label design drawings and related needs and requirements, supports technical consultation, and provides corresponding label application solutions.

2. The customer provides the address and telephone number of the consignee of the label product and the China Overseas Logistics Warehousing Center, and the logistics transportation method, so as to calculate the logistics cost.

3. According to the detailed needs and requirements put forward by the customer, or the samples provided, or the label design drawings provided, arrange to make a label quotation plan.

4. Label products without knife molds need to open molds, and the cost of opening molds needs to be borne by the customer.

5. Arrange production proofing according to the label specifications and dimensions provided by the customer. Proofing requires proofing fees, which need to be borne by the customer.

6. After the proofing sample is confirmed, the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. The minimum deposit cannot be less than 50% of the order amount. It is determined according to the actual situation. The deposit does not support refund service.

7. The production time refers to the date when the customized mold completes the proofing and confirms the sample, signs the contract and receives the deposit. If the deposit is not paid according to the contract, the production will not be arranged. If the deposit is not paid after the agreed time, the contract will be automatically terminated.

8. The JD platform or third-party account provides export trade transaction order vouchers and delivery notes. If the order vouchers and delivery notes are not provided, the production will not be arranged. If they are not provided after the agreed time, the contract will be automatically terminated.

9. The product delivery period refers to the production period after receiving the contract deposit, excluding the domestic logistics transportation time in China. The delivery period of conventional products will not exceed 45 days, and the delivery period of special products will not exceed 90 days. If the product encounters Chinese holidays during the production period, the delivery period will be postponed accordingly.

10. Customized label products do not support return and exchange services. Please be sure to confirm the proofing samples or the samples provided.

11. After the label product is customized and produced, notify the customer to pay the remaining balance. After receiving the full payment, arrange logistics delivery to the China Overseas Logistics Warehousing Center designated by the customer.

12. The label goods are safely delivered to the China Overseas Logistics Warehousing Center designated by the customer. The contract transaction is concluded based on the logistics goods transportation tracking information showing the receipt.
